1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of healthyconnectmd.com, our applications, and related services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Not Medical Advice; Emergencies

The Services provide information and coordination only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Clinical services are provided by licensed clinicians under their own judgment.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Programs, Subscriptions, and Payments

Some offerings require payment. Pricing, billing terms, and refund policies are disclosed at enrollment or purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Services identified as included in a membership will not be billed to a payer.

5. Telehealth and Messaging

Use of telehealth services constitutes consent to audio, video, and text communication as allowed by law. Messaging is for coordination and is not intended for urgent matters.

6. Integrations and Devices

You may connect third-party devices or services at your discretion. You authorize us to receive and process related data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party systems.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related content are owned by HealthyConnectMD or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable license for personal, noncommercial use only.

9. User Content

If you submit content, you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the Services. Protected health information is handled in accordance with applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services

We may provide links to third-party services that are not controlled by us. Your use of such services is governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided as is and as available. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthyConnectMD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited as permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HealthyConnectMD from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Tennessee law. Certain disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration as described in the full Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or as required by law.
